Mark returned to the London branch to give his fascinating perspective on one of the political world’s “rogue” nations and as most travellers would probably expect…painted a unique & very welcoming destination.

The people are friendly and quietly proud of their country – politics & religion are only elements of Iran…there is also the millennia of history and the fantastically varied geography – the CIA list Iran as being the 18th largest nation by land mass!

Alastair Humphreys –  Call of the Wild.

The return of one my favourite speakers and someone who London has had the chance to enjoy quite a few times as he develops his career…fun filled Alastair 🙂  This time round he took us through a dashing recap of his latest travels – crossing Iceland and circumnavigating England’s busiest road, the M25, by foot !  Both as entertaining as the other and good examples of his notion of micro adventures…
