Testing
We would ask that you continue to carry out a rapid lateral flow test on the day of the meeting, we will have tests available at the hall if you need one.
We will be carrying out temperature checks and asking visitors to confirm they do not have any symptoms on arrival.
If you’re feeling unwell
If you feel unwell or have symptoms of a respiratory infection, please participate via zoom.
Consider travel options
Please plan ahead and consider your travel options.
Pack your face covering
Face coverings and face masks can help reduce the chance of you spreading infection to others, especially in crowded and enclosed spaces, and may protect you from becoming infected by some respiratory viruses.
We recommend all audience members wear a face covering throughout their visit, but this is a personal choice.
Arrive in plenty of time
We are opening approximately 30 minutes before the meeting starts.
Join the queue
On arrival at the hall, please join the queue.
Hand hygiene
Hand sanitizer stations can be found at designated points throughout our hall.
Hall ventilation
The hall is equipped with mechanical ventilation systems which introduce fresh, filtered air, none of which is recirculated. We monitor the Carbon Dioxide levels and add extra ventilation as needed.
Contactless payment
We continue to take contactless payments on the door and for memberships to minimise contact.
COVID-19 vaccination status.
