The doors open at 2:15pm and the program starts at 2:30pm with each talk lasting approximately 40 minutes. This is followed by an interval of about 30 minutes (when tea, coffee and biscuits are served).
The interval is the active part of the program, with a regular competition, the opportunity to ask other visitors travel advice and share your experiences over a cup of tea or coffee with other members,. The second speaker then follows.
After the meeting at about 5:30pm, we have an upstairs room booked for our exclusive use between 5.30 - 7.30pm at "The Sun" in Drury Lane, for a chat and a drink, while a group always finish the evening with a meal in a local restaurant.
